Sattva Global City — formerly Global Village Tech Park — sits immediately next to the site. It runs to roughly 120 acres and 12.1 million sq ft of built-up office space across SEZ and non-SEZ blocks, with about 70% of the campus left as open green. For anyone working there, this is a commute measured in minutes on foot rather than hours on the Outer Ring Road.
The Purple Line already reaches you.
Kengeri and Pattanagere stations on Namma Metro's Purple Line are roughly one to two kilometres away, putting Majestic and the central business district on a single ride with no interchange. Kengeri railway station is about 2.3 km out; Jnana Bharati Halt about 3.7 km.

NH-275 (Mysore Road) runs along the locality for intercity travel, and NICE Road links across to Electronic City and Peenya without touching the city centre.

RV College of Engineering, RV Vidyaniketan, Christ University, SVYASA and Global Academy are all within the immediate catchment. On healthcare, BGS Global Hospital and Rajarajeshwari Medical College & Hospital serve the corridor. This is established infrastructure, not a promise attached to a launch brochure.
