At that density the development is closer to a small township than a standalone tower — which is what makes the on-site amenity programme, once released, material to the buying decision.

The plot is on Mysore Road at Mylasandra, immediately adjacent to Sattva Global City, near RV Vidyaniketan in the Rajarajeshwari Nagar belt, PIN 560059. The developer is expanding beside a campus it already owns and operates.
Where it stands today
The project is pre-launch. BMRDA is the approving authority. RERA registration has been applied for and not yet issued, launch is tentatively Q1 2027 and completion tentatively Q1 2032. Pricing and the amenity list have not been published by the developer.
